Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Both the courier fees cost for the return of the incorrect item from the customer to us and the cost of the courier to despatch the correct item will be carried by us. If however the returned incorrect item is broken by the customer, we shall not cover the cost of courier fees to despatch the correct item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any customised item where the information given to us was incorrect, such as a name spelling, wording or design.
Items sent by courier carry a risk which is borne by the customer. The items will be bubble-wrapped and declared as fragile to the courier. Items broken during transit with the courier will not be refunded.
